Thompson Bros. Organic Highland Gin is distilled from a blend of 90% organic grain spirit & 10% organic floor malted heritage barley (slowly fermented and twice distilled on direct fired copper pot stills). The grain spirit gives a fantastic canvas for the botanical blend while the new make spirit provides body, creamy texture and a light fruity character.

The botanicals comprises of juniper berries, angelica roots, cardamom seeds, aniseed, orange peel, lime peel, lemon peel, coriander seeds, meadowsweet, elderflower, black peppercorns, and freeze-dried raspberries

Tasting Notes:

Pine and juniper, saline minerality, raspberry sweetness, lemon zest and gentle malt, fruity and oily finish
