This is a special cask that was selected by popular retailer, Shinanoya in Tokyo. The bottler is Asta Morris, an independent bottler based in Belgium. As for the whisky, it hails from an undisclosed Irish distillery, most likely B*shmills. The cask was purchased by Asta Morris, and they finished the whisky off in an ex-peated Bunnahabhain cask. No age statement on this one, but it is XO (extra old).

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh, grassy with green maltiness. Then the yellow fruits appear too.

Palate: Gentle, fruity with vanilla notes. You get that slight peatiness from the peated Bunnahabhain cask, which actually works really well with the Irish single malt character.
