Tasting notes:

Nose: Funky and gorgeous nose, wood varnish, sherry and peat. There are also some sweet and overripe tropical fruits present, papaya. 

Palate: Complex with a burst of flavours. Definitely don't feel the ABV. Lots of that sherry spice and varnish, savoury, a touch of moss and peat. Complex and long finish. Sensational!
